They are set to develop a combined 1.3 million square feet of industrial space across two new buildings in northeast Fort Worth and Northlake.

An industrial space under construction embodies potential and progress. This evolving landscape, soon to be a hub of production and innovation, highlights the growth and economic opportunities within the industry.

On August 8, the developer behind a 26,000-acre master-planned community, revealed plans for center north 7, located at the corner of Beach Street and Litsey Road in Fort Worth. This building will cover 810,908 square feet.

Additionally, they plan to construct northport 2 in Northlake, which will encompass 459,762 square feet and be situated along I-35 W, directly across from the Speedway.

Both buildings are speculative and currently lack tenants. Construction is slated to begin in September, with completion anticipated by mid-2020.

Tony Creme recently noted, “In the past 18 months, they have introduced nearly 6 million square feet of new industrial projects, leasing over 3 million square feet while construction was still underway. This success reflects the company’s ‘on-demand’ strategy, which ensures a continuous supply of Class-A speculative space for immediate occupancy, catering to global logistics companies that require rapid market entry.”

On August 1, they revealed their intention to lease 783,465 square feet of industrial space. The company, known for its golf equipment, accessories, and lifestyle products, anticipates launching its new distribution center in early 2020.
